5. Liability: Lessees assume all risks for the rented shoes and agree to indemnify Sneaky Steve Shoes for any claims or damages arising from their use that’s not barring ordinary wear and tear.
6. Purchase option: If you decide to buy the shoes, the rental fee will be deducted from the purchase price.
